What material are the parts made from?
We work exclusively with professional, high-performance filaments and select the material that performs best technically for each part, ensuring that every product does exactly what it is supposed to do and functions as intended.
Are the parts strong enough for daily use?
Yes. Our designs are specifically made to withstand mechanical stress, such as vibrations, wind pressure, heat, and light impacts. The crash protection is designed to protect the motorcycle during a slide, so that only the protective component needs to be replaced.
What if a part breaks?
Our crash bar ends and crash pegs are designed to absorb the impact and intentionally be the least expensive component on the entire moped or motorcycle. They are designed to break or deform so that the rest of your motorcycle remains undamaged—exactly how crash protection is intended to work.
Has your part been damaged in a fall? Then you can always order a replacement component separately.
If you believe the part broke due to a manufacturing defect rather than a crash, please contact us. We will ask for clear photos or videos so that we can assess exactly what happened. If it turns out to be caused by an error on our side, we will improve the design where necessary and, of course, provide a replacement part.
Will the part fit my moped or motorcycle?
Yes, as long as you provide the make, model, and year. For some parts, we may ask for additional photos to guarantee a perfect fit.
How is the crash protection mounted?
The crash protection is mounted using strong bar-end expanders that are clamped inside the hollow handlebar. When you tighten the bolt, the expander secures itself to the inside of the handlebar, ensuring the protection remains firmly in place without moving.
How long does it take before my part is ready?
If you place your order before 22:00, we will ensure that your part is shipped within 1–3 business days. The exact time depends on the type of part:
- Small parts: 1–3 business days
• Large parts: 1–5 business days
• Custom designs: may take longer, as we first create the design, require your approval, and only then begin printing
We keep you informed throughout the entire process, so you know exactly when your part will be ready.
Can I return parts?
Standard parts can be returned, but only after you contact us first. If a part genuinely does not fit or the dimensions are incorrect, we will work together to determine the cause. We do ask for clear evidence, such as photos or videos, so that we can properly assess the issue.
Custom parts are subject to a different policy: these can only be returned in the event of a proven defect, as they are specifically designed and manufactured for you.
Can I use your parts for racing or off-road use?
Yes, our parts are suitable for all types of use from street riding to heavy off-road use and even racing conditions. Everything is designed and printed to fit perfectly, be strong, and function exactly as intended, regardless of how intensely you ride.
If you ride in extreme conditions or need a part for a specific application, feel free to add a note to your order (for example, that the part will be used for intensive off-road riding or supermoto training). We will always check whether the design can be made even stronger or better suited to your needs, although this is usually not necessary because our parts are already produced to the highest standard. However, we are happy to perform an extra review for your specific application.
